Previous residents had this to say…
We have not rented in over 30 years so we were a bit hesitant to do so. Mike was great from the very beginning. Very open and honest and answered all of her questions without hesitation. When we had to reach out to him for something he was extremely quick to respond and would take care of whatever we needed quickly. He would always communicate with us when necessary. We may have only rented from him for a year, but we would not hesitate to run from him again or recommend him to others.
Thank you, Stacy and Jim M
A couple more comments…
After nine years with my company in Philadelphia PA, I was transferred to a new office here in Clearwater, FL. I was not sure if I wanted to rent an apartment and commute from Tampa or rental locally to my new office. As you know, moving is stressful enough without figuring out location and commute. I searched endlessly Homes and apartments from St. Pete to Tampa. When I found the rental property through Mr. Mike Elliott, it felt like a dream! I gave up the apartment I had already placed a deposit on and was set to move into, happily losing the deposit for that apartment (which I never thought I would ever say) I have been here almost 2 years now, and plan on re-signing a new lease, again. Yes, location is key; however, so is your property manager! He is amazing! Professional, fair, honest, timely, considerate, respectful. Hands down best property manager I have ever had! You can expect nothing but the best. Do not hesitate to rent a property with him!

Mr. Mike Elliott is the best property manager I’ve ever had and he will be the best you’ve ever had too! Mike goes above & beyond in making sure your rental experience is a smooth one! He handles any required maintenance quickly and he resolves the problem the first time! Mike takes great pride in his properties and it shows right down to the extra steps he takes to screen his applicants. Mike is first class!

I have rented from Mike Elliott for many years. He has always been easy to get in touch with and has responded promptly to any situations that have come up. He has been very fair and treated me with respect. Most importantly he has been extremely easy to work with. I would recommend him to anyone for buying, renting or maintaining property.

Mike Elliott was a very good property manager. He was professional at all times, very nice, and quick to respond to repair needs. Any requests I had were met with a positive attitude and quick resolution. I would highly recommend Mike.

We do have a weekly option available still with a 1 years lease.
If you prefer to pay weekly the rent is $285 with a 1 year lease.
To move in you would need 1st week, last 3 weeks and security with a $50 application fee.
All of this is paid at the lease signing so there is no money out of your pocket to me initially.
