Attention Renters!
Please be aware of an internet scam that some renters have encountered.
When you reply to someone else’s rental listing, you may be contacted asking you to send a deposit.
It is strongly recommended that you do not send any money without first looking at the rental property and meeting the landlord in person.
This is good practice whenever actively finding good rental property.
Make sure you get a receipt for your money.
It wouldn’t hurt to have someone with you too.
Our normal procedure is to:
1.Have you drive by the property and look through the windows (the blinds will have been left open) and review the information sheet that has been posted in the window.
2. Get an application (we have rental applications located right at the property that has our fax number in the upper right corner. This way you do not have to drop it off at a location.)
3. Fax it in to us, give us a call to alert us and we will contact you shortly thereafter.
