Mike is by far the most transparent, flexible and responsive individual I have ever rented from. He has always gone above and beyond whenever I made a request or had any concerns. I would gladly rent from him again if the opportunity arises and I will always refer anyone in the market to him before anyone else! Cozy and convenient is probably the best way to describe this efficiency apartment. (Some might call it a studio apt.) The living room and bedroom are the same room but with more than enough space for comfortable living. Just a few blocks south of Morton Plant Hospital and a short distance to shopping and grocery stores.
The property is nicely maintained and our goal is high tenant satisfaction so any repairs are handled quickly and efficiently. (read our reviews on the home page)
The apartment has a separate eat -in kitchen with all electric, full size appliances.
The apartment is amazingly clean.
