I rented an apartment from Mike Elliott this past year and I must say that living in his property was a hassle free no worries experience. A year ago I decided to move closer to the beach and as I was looking for property in the Clearwater Largo area I came across an ad that said “the cleanest apt in largo” so of course I had to check it out. He was not lying, Out of every apt I saw, this was the cleanest….and quietest! Since moving, I have recommended 2 more people to live in one of his properties.
I have to say,that Mike Elliott is one of the best landlords I have ever rented from. 5 stars across the board! He’s honest, very kind, fair, and if you need him for anything or fix anything he’s on it. Mike respects your privacy. I am a single woman, and I felt very safe renting from Mike Elliott.
After nine years with my company in Philadelphia PA, I was transferred to a new office here in Clearwater, FL. I was not sure if I wanted to rent an apartment and commute from Tampa or rental locally to my new office. As you know, moving is stressful enough without figuring out location and commute. Over the past two years I had the opportunity to rent an apartment from Mike Elliott. Having Mike as a landlord was just an added benefit to the reasonably priced, conveniently located apartment I rented from him in Largo. If I ever had a problem that needed to be fixed, Mike made sure that he fixed it in an efficient and timely manner. He has always been understanding and respectful of any concerns or problems I have had. If it weren’t for work related reasons that forced me to move, I would have definitely continued to live in Mike’s apartment. I would highly recommend renting from Mike Elliott.
